Vox
My appMy own macOS dictation and AI prompt-rewriting app. I directed an AI coding agent to build it because the weekly word limits of other tools were too restrictive for daily use. It now replaces those products in my workflow.
What it does: hotkey push-to-talk transcription, and a select-text hotkey that rewrites the text into a clearer prompt. Built for people who work heavily with AI, agents, and voice.

Brains
PersonalMy portable, harness-agnostic AI-agent workspace. It holds workflows, Python tools, reusable context, agent instructions, and notes that work across Claude Code, Codex, Hermes Agent, and future harnesses.
How I use it: I run it through Hermes Agent almost every day. It changes continuously as I add, remove, and adapt parts to whatever I am working on.
AI Receptionist & Lead Capture
A public portfolio proof project: an AI receptionist that turns website visitors into structured leads. Chat widget, grounded answers, saved leads, owner dashboard.
My role: I defined the business problem and behaviour, connected the tools, tested the result, reported issues, and directed the agents through fixes. The agents chose the architecture, wrote the code, and handled deployment.
Agent Workflow Playground
Three runnable agent workflows for sales and research: prospect audit, CRM enrichment, and follow-up drafting. Not a chatbot UI - operational agents.
My role: I scoped the workflows and steered the build with AI agents. The project shows agent orchestration, tool use, structured outputs, and documented contracts.

AbandonedOwned Open Guard
An abandoned experiment in first-party cold-email tracking. The idea was to inject tracking pixels, record email opens, and let agents in different harnesses reuse the workflow. I explored Safari and Chrome extensions for about two weeks. The setup became too complex for the value, so I stopped. Listed as evidence of experimenting and knowing when to stop, not as a finished product.

How I build
I direct the tools. The agents do the building.
I build through AI coding agents rather than writing software manually. My expertise is identifying valuable problems, defining product behavior, directing agents, connecting systems, testing results, and steering projects from idea to deployment. These are the platforms the agents build on.

I'm Yahya Shihabe, based in Sweden. I turn real problems into working AI tools, automations, and product demos. I define what needs to happen, direct AI agents through the build, connect the required tools and services, test everything in real workflows, and iterate until it delivers useful results.
That covers automations, web tools, chatbots, and small product demos. I work alone and talk directly with the people I build for - no sales layer in between.
If a build works and stays useful, I keep it. If it doesn't, I stop and move on. Either way, you get to see and test the result before anything is decided.
